The company was founded on September 13, 2006.
The main goal of the Company is to create one of the largest retail chains in Ukraine.
The network operates in a "store by the house" format with an area of 300-400 m2 with an assortment of about 5,000 thousand items. In September 2011, the Company introduced a new concept of stores - Freshmarket.
The basis of the "freshmarket" format is quality and fresh products from reliable suppliers at affordable prices, friendly service. The assortment of shops is represented by an expanded fresh group: meat and dairy products, bakery products, fresh vegetables and fruits. A special feature of the "Brusnicek" is also the baking of bakery products directly in the shop's trading floor.
As of January 2018, the chain of "Brusnichka" stores has 101 stores in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Poltava regions.
